COMMENTS: We have had many happy years with our water softener system.  We had very hard water prior to purchasing the system.  After the system was installed, we saved money on shampoos and soaps as we did not have to use as much.  Throughout the years we have had outstanding service on our system and when we have had a problem we received professional service in a timely fashion.

COMMENTS: Our RainSoft unit is about 12 years old and we have been very pleased with it.  Our water in this area is exceedingly hard and the unit has performed well with few repairs.  When service or regular maintenance is required service is prompt and courteous.

Comments: We can tell a difference in our skin. I put water in a pan that was burned and the black washed right out. My pots and pans are now shinier. No more streaks on stove.
