Rain Soft has changed our water, and now I drink it. It tastes great!

Comments: Good experience over 20 years. Original unit finally “gave up” and was recently upgraded with a new, computer controlled, one- a nice upgrade! We notice the effects of hard water most after it's made soft again. When unit has been restarted after an outage, we realize that the stains in the bathtub, the plugging up of the shower head, the “gunk” and stains in the teapot were all the result of hard water. And it's so nice when they go away! Service calls have been particularly well handled. People like Mark and Chris not only “know their stuff” and “get it done”, but are very good about explaining how the system works and how to get the most out of it. We've been pleased.
