The water was never hot enough for hot tea or hot chocolate, not to mention we constantly were running out of water. We never run out of water now, it is directly connected to out tap. Our office is within the city limits; therefore we have "city water". When you turn the water you can smell the chlorine & the taste was horrendous. With our new water station the water tastes like it just came out of a mountain spring, due to the highly advanced filtration system. We are extremely satisfied with our new water station. The water tastes great & it gets very hot! The set up service was very quick. Within 1 hour after the machine was installed we had HOT water and cold water within 20 minutes! This was amazing. AMAZING is the only was to describe this product & the water it produces. We are very satisfied with this product and will recommend it to our family & friends!

As I told you several years ago, I had to go to the hospital, as it turned out, I was very ill with ghiardia. Ghiardia is an illness you get from drinking contaminated water. After having gone through that, I can tell you I never want to have to worry about that again. It is such a relief knowing that with our water station I do not have to worry about that again. I also appreciate knowing that out employees are drinking good pure water. The service, quality & taste of the water is fantastic. The ease of not having to store the bottles is another big plus!! On, and the space that I used for storing the bottles has really been put to good use. It just didn't make good business sense to rent space to store bottles.
